PalmPRO (warranty)
Q: How long does it take to fully charge the PalmPRO?
A: The PalmPRO should be charged 10 hours prior to its first use.
It should be charged for 3-5 hours for each charge after the
first charge.
Q: Can I leave the PalmPRO plugged in to charge continuously?
A: We do not suggest leaving the PalmPRO plugged in for longer
than 10 hours. This could shorten the life of the battery.
Q: What do the (switch) positions mean on the handle?
A: "Lock On" means that the driver is locked and will
not operate. You should always keep the switch in this position
when charging or storing the driver. "Lock Off" means
that the driver is unlocked and will operate in forward and reverse. "Light
On" means that the light will be on and the driver will operate
in forward and reverse.
Q: Is the battery replaceable?
A: No, the battery is not replaceable, but you do have a 2-year
product warranty that can be utilized if the battery fails prematurely.
Q: How long does the PalmPRO hold a charge?
A: The drill should hold a charge for approximately 1-3 months
when not in use. The battery will discharge based on the type
of use (the load placed on the driver) and on the length of continuous
use. It should work for approximately 35 minutes of continuous
use with a light load.
Q: Where can I purchase other accessories such as additional drill
bits, nut drivers, and screw bits for the PalmPRO?
A: You can purchase them at any hardware store or home center as
long as the accessory has a 1/4 inch hex shank. You can also purchase
a 42pc. Accessory Kit (item # 10-310) which includes a variety
of accessories that work with the PalmPRO by calling 1-888-DuraPRO
(387-2776).
Q: How do I insert and remove the accessories to the PalmPRO?
A: You must pull forward on the ZipCHUCK (gold collar on the shaft
of the driver), insert or remove the accessory and release the
ZipCHUCK.
Q: A screw bit is stuck in the PalmPRO. How do I remove it?
A: When inserting a small (1" long) screw bit into the PalmPRO
you must use the 2-1/2" Bit Extension.
Insert the extension into the ZipCHUCK as any other accessory
(described above) and then insert the small screw bit into the
extension. If your screw bit is stuck in the ZipCHUCK, try tapping
the bit on a hard surface until the screw bit loosens inside the
ZipCHUCK (the bit will drop inside the ZipCHUCK). Pull forward
on the ZipCHUCK, put the drill with the chuck facing down. The
screw bit should fall out, you may have to lightly tap on the drill
to get the bit to fall out. If the bit is still stuck, try to carefully
pull the bit out with a pair of long nose pliers. If the bit remains
stuck, please call 1-888-DuraPRO (387-2776) for assistance.

ZipStart (warranty)
Q: How long do I charge the ZipSTART?
A: The ZipSTART should be charged for 3-5 hours prior to its first
use. Each charge using an AC Power Adapter (home charger) should
be for 3-5 hours. Charging using a 12v Power Socket (in your
car or similar) will be 35-60 minutes.
Q: How long will the ZipSTART hold a charge?
A: The ZipSTART will remain charged for 3-4 months when not in
use. When storing the ZipSTART you should charge it fully. When
not using the ZipSTART make sure that all of the buttons are
in the off or neutral position.
Q: How do I use the ZipSTART to charge a drained battery and start
my vehicle?
A: First, make sure the ZipSTART is fully charged.
For the ZipSTART Deluxe and ZipSTART 9pc. Set: Plug the end of
the 12V car power cord with the power indicator light into the
cigarette lighter or 12V socket. Plug the other end of the 12V
car power cord into the 12V outlet on the ZipSTART. Push the ZipSTART
Master Switch to the OUTPUT position.
For the ZipSTART: Plug the attached 12V cord into the cigarette
lighter or 12V socket in the vehicle. Push the power switch to
ON.
We suggest turning on the dome light in your vehicle to see if
the light becomes brighter as the battery in your vehicle is being
charged. The indicator light on the 12V car power cord will light
up and the light in your vehicle should brighten. After confirming
the battery is being charged, turn off the light. The battery should
be charged between 30 minutes and 1 hour before attempting to start
the vehicle. Please note: your ignition may need to be turned to
the accessory position (ACC) if your 12V socket does not work when
the vehicle ignition is in the off position. Check your vehicle
owner's manual.

Cordless Staple Gun Tacker & Flashlight
Set
Q: How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
A: The charging time is approximately 3-5 hours. We do not suggest
charging the battery for longer than 5 hours.
Q: How do I work the depth adjustment knob on the Staple Gun Tacker?
A: Turn the knob clockwise (plus (+)) to embed the staple deeper
into the material. Turn the knob counterclockwise (minus (-))
to embed the staple less deeply into the material, creating a
gap between the staple and material.
Q: What type of staples does this Staple Gun use?
A: You can purchase Wide Crown Staples (Ref. Arrow #T50) at any
local hardware store or home center.
Q: What type of nails does this Staple Gun use?
A: The Staple Gun uses 18 gauge 5/8" brad nails that can be
purchased at any local hardware store or home center.
Q: Why is the Staple Gun not working? (It will not properly eject
staples or nails.)
A: The staples or nails must be inserted into the Staple Gun correctly.
First, remove the battery from the Staple Gun or confirm that the
safety lock is in the "on" position. Turn the Staple
Gun upside down, squeeze the sides of the black sleeve and pull
the sleeve out. This will create an opening for the staples or
nails (a silver channel). Insert the staples or nails into the
silver channel chamber. DO NOT insert them into the black sleeve.
Next, slide the black sleeve back into the chamber, you will hear
it click, to load the staples or nails for use.
Q: Where can I purchase additional batteries for the Staple Gun
Tacker or Flashlight?
A: You can purchase additional batteries by contacting us at 1-888-DuraPRO
(387-2776).

18V Cordless Drill - 06-350
- Silver color (warranty)
Q: How long does it take to charge the 18V battery?
A: The charging time is approximately 5-7 hours; DO NOT exceed
a maximum charging time of 10.5 hours. The battery should be
drained completely for optimum continual performance.
Q: How do I adjust the Torque settings?
A: The fastening torque can be adjusted to 15 positions by turning
the adjusting ring so that its graduations are aligned with the
pointer on the tool body. The fastening torque is minimum when
the number 1 is aligned with the pointer and maximum when the
drill bit icon is aligned with the pointer. The clutch will slip
at various torque levels when set at the number 1 to 14. The
clutch is designed not to slip at the drill bit icon marking.
Before actual operation, drive a screw into your material or
a piece of duplicate material to determine which torque level
is required for a particular operation. For example, when setting
a screw into hardwood, you may want to use a higher setting to
ensure that you drive it all the way into the material. When
setting a screw into a softer piece of wood, you may want to
set the clutch to a lower setting to ensure that you do not overdrive
the screw into the wood and avoid splitting it.
Q: What is the High and Low Speed?
A: High speed is when the drill is set on #2. This speed is used
for drilling or screwing in predrilled holes. Low speed is when
the drill is set on #1. This speed is used for delicate surfaces
and to ensure that the screw head will not strip.
Q: How do I insert a drill bit?
A: The drill must be in the forward position (running clockwise).
Hold the outer ring (marking says HAND TITE) with your left or
right hand and lightly press the trigger. Get the inside grip
to match the size of the bit you will be using, insert the bit
and continue holding the outer ring and the bit while lightly
pressing the trigger. The inside grip will tighten to hold the
bit in and you will not be able to hold the outer ring from the
pressure of the trigger. The bit is now secure.
Q: Where can I purchase other accessories such as additional drill
bits, nut drivers, and screw bits for the 18V Cordless Drill?
A: You can purchase them at any hardware store or home center.
Q: Where can I purchase additional batteries?
A: You can purchase additional batteries by contacting us at 1-888-DuraPRO
(387-2776).
