needs of our customers. We service both the do-it-yourselfer and
professional hand tool markets through our DuraPRO and MegaBRITE
brands. We focus on marketing innovative quality products available
in high visibility packaging and POP displays backed by a lifetime
warranty. We are also committed to providing the highest level
of customer service to all our customers.
Quality
DuraPRO and MegaBRITE products are designed and manufactured
to the highest possible quality standards. We are able to accomplish
this cost effectively by manufacturing in an efficient manner and
by being very selective when deciding which products we bring to
market. Reputable test labs are utilized to insure our products
meet or exceed ANSI standards. We test the material quality, hardness,
esthetics, functionality and safety aspects of each product. DuraPRO
and MegaBRITE
products are put through three inspection processes prior to leaving
our production facilities. Our commitment to insuring quality is
evident with a defective rate of less than 0.5%.
Reliability
We work hard to understand and respond to our customers'
needs. We stand behind our products and provide exceptional customer
service to DuraPRO and MegaBRITE
consumers. We offer east coast and west coast domestic
ship points as well as direct shipments from overseas. This allows
for convenient product delivery and variable pricing structures.
Our product development cycles are shorter than normal with our
ability to get new products to market faster through rapid prototyping
and rapid product testing. We have a proven history of on time
product delivery that gives our customers peace of mind.
